RECEPTION
A few days after ordering the key kit, you will receive a certificate of authenticity, as well as two plates engraved with a unique number.
ACTIVATION
To activate your key kit, log in to your customer account. During this step, you can also assign one of the key fob tags to the person of your choice.
PROVISION
Attach the tags to the key rings.

Postal method, the traditional one
The person who finds your keys can drop them off at one of the 14,500 post office boxes in Switzerland, or a post office box in the country where your keys are found. Thanks to our partnerships with Swiss and international postal services, we receive your keys quickly. We will notify you immediately by phone, email, or text message, and we will return them to you. It's simple, fast, and free of charge.
SMS method, the fastest
The SMS system offered by Id-Find is even faster. When someone finds your keys, they report it on the Id-Find website. Thanks to the identification number engraved on the tag, our system sends an SMS message informing you that someone has found your keys, along with their cell phone number. You can then contact them and arrange a place and time to return them. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the world.

The Full Kit secures all your belongings
RECEPTION
When you order the full kit, you will receive a certificate of authenticity, two key fob tags, four luggage tags, and two metal stickers to identify various items such as your bicycle or mobile phone.
ACTIVATION
To activate your full kit, log in to your customer account.
PROVISION
Once your kit is activated, you can attach the tags to key rings, luggage, and place the stickers on the items you want to secure.
