Simply attach an ID-FIND tag to your key ring, or to any other object if you have chosen the Full kit, so that we can identify it and return it to you as soon as it is found, no matter where. We take care of everything.
Does the ID-FIND system cover losses abroad?
As soon as we are informed that an item identified with the ID-FIND system has been found, we arrange for its return from 178 countries with UPS. You can find further information by browsing our terms and conditions.
Does ID-FIND cover the value of my property?
ID-FIND is not an insurance policy but a system that allows you to identify your belongings so that they can be returned to you if lost. The value of your belongings is not insured by ID-FIND.
Who will notify me when my property is found?
As soon as an item is found, we will contact you by phone and
agree on the quickest way to return it to you. An
email will also be sent to you.
You can also activate the SMS alert option in your customer account
, which allows the person who found your item to contact you
directly. During this stage, your identity is not revealed, and you
agree on the next steps.
Do you find all lost items?
Our success rate for finding items previously identified in the ID-FIND system is 85% for keys and 70% for other items.
Do I have to reward the person who found my property?
Anyone who finds an item is entitled to a reward, which generally does not
exceed 10% of the value of the item found. This amount must be agreed upon
between the owner of the item and the finder.
ID-FIND does not participate in this transaction, but may offer a subscription of one
year or more to the person who returned the item to its owner.
Is my subscription still valid?
You can find this information by logging into your personal account. You can also request it using this contact form, or by calling us at 0800 700 707 (toll-free Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
How do I cancel my subscription?
When the service is activated, it runs until the end of your subscription. You can find out this date by logging into your personal account. If you do not renew your subscription, you must remove the ID-FIND tags and stickers that you have attached to your items, and the service will then be terminated. What if I don't renew my subscription?
If your ID-FIND subscription has expired and we find an item with
your ID-FIND identifiers, we will notify you, return the item to you, and
bill you for the corresponding costs. You can find further information

How do I renew my subscription?
If you have not chosen the automatic renewal option for your
subscription, we will notify you by mail
and/or telephone before it expires, and you can then decide whether or not to renew your
subscription.

If you do not renew your subscription, you must remove the ID-FIND tags
and stickers that you have affixed to your items, and the

Do you only want to secure your keys?
This kit contains two tags designed to be attached to key rings. You can use these tags to secure two sets of keys that belong to you, or give one of them to the person of your choice. What if I only want one tag for my keyring?

What else besides the keys?
The full kit consists of 2 key fobs + 4 metal stickers that you can
stick on various objects such as your luggage, bike, or cell phone.

Why do I need to activate my kit?
The kit must be activated for the IDFIND service to work properly. This is because it is during activation that your identity is linked to the
number on the plaque or sticker. Failure to activate the kit will prevent you from using the service effectively.
If you purchased online, you can activate your kit using our Activate my kit form. This step is not necessary if you ordered by phone or as part of a renewal offer.

Identify your assets
Once your Kit is activated, simply attach an ID-FIND tag to your keys if you have chosen the Key Kit, or to any other object if you have the Full Kit.
Can I assign a kit to someone else?
Absolutely! Most users have this option. You can easily do this from your personal account.

If you lose an item secured with an ID-FIND tag or sticker, simply follow this link and report the loss using your certificate number. I lost my keys. Did you find them?
If you have not been contacted by ID-FIND, it means that your property has not yet been found. However, it may be that you have not updated your contact details, which would have prevented us from informing you. By clicking on this link, you can view items whose owners cannot be found, despite the searches we have carried out to identify them.
How long will it take you to find the item I lost?
Sometimes an item is found just minutes after it is lost, while others may take longer. Whatever the situation, we will notify you as soon as we have good news to share.
Do you find all lost items?

Consider the situation where we locate the item, but your contact information is not up to date. We would then be unable to contact you to return it to you.
